About me

I am a warm and friendly clinical psychologist who offers individual therapy for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over for a range of psychological difficulties.

I have worked as a psychologist across private, public health and research settings, including in school and university counselling; research trials for PTSD and substance use disorders; community mental health and with refugee and asylum seeker communities.

I completed my undergraduate psychology studies at the University of Sydney and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. I am registered and endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

My approach

I work with clients to establish a collaborative therapeutic relationship, and tailor evidence-based treatments to suit individual needs. This might look like building an understanding of how past experiences have shaped current difficulties, drawing on strengths, building skills for managing difficult feelings and thoughts, and identifying goals and motivations for change.

I am trained in evidence based therapies including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT); schema therapy; acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT); dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing.

Contact me

If you need urgent support please call the NSW Mental Health Line 1800 011 511 or Lifeline 13 11 14.

Please feel free to complete this booking form with as much or little detail as you like, and I will reach out to you within 2 days. It's common to feel anxious or unsure when reaching out to a psychologist, so before we book in the initial appointment, I usually arrange a short phone call so I can get a sense of what you're struggling with and how therapy could help. There is no cost to the phone consultation.

My practice is based in Rockdale, Sydney, NSW 2216.

I also provide appointments by Telehealth.

I acknowledge the Bidjigal and Gadigal people who are the Traditional Custodians of the land I work on, and pay my respects to their Elders past and present.
